Annette Lang,
Born in Hamburg in 1960, studied product
design at State Academy of Art and
Design (Staatliche Akademie der Bilden-
den Künste Stuttgart) after passing her
A Levels in Baden-Baden. Annette Lang
has had her own studio in Wiesbaden since 1989. Among the products she designs
are luxurious beds, sofas, armchairs,
office furniture, glasses and other house-
hold objects.
Since Annette Lang was well aware of the
fact that Hans Kaufeld attaches con-
siderable importance to using traditional techniques in this trade, she determined
that the upholstery, seams and decorative cushions of the new club sofa should be manufactured with high-quality materials
and with an eye for detail. All in all,
polo proves to be an extraordinary mix of
traditional and modern, boasting outstanding
craftsmanship and a timeless elegance.
